The station has been in existence since March 2007. On the 105.2 FM frequency, it replaced the old station "Saga," which had seen a significant decline in ratings. Its main audience consists of individuals aged 35 and older. A key competitor for the station is "BBC Radio," with both projects having approximately the same number of listeners. The station is part of the "Smooth" network, the majority of whose frequencies are managed and owned by the large corporation "GLOBAL." However, there are also a few third-party licenses issued to the company "Communicorp" under a franchise agreement.
