Heart Yorkshire live
Heart Yorkshire live – a regional radio station owned by «Communicorp», but managed by «Global Radio». The studio from which it broadcasts is located in Leeds. The primary target audience is in South and West Yorkshire. All local programmes and shows are produced in-house. However, there are also those that are launched in a network format across all stations owned by «Global». These are created at the central headquarters.
Originally, the station was called «Real Radio Yorkshire» (since 2002, when the station first went on air). But after joining «Global», it underwent rebranding, updating its name (in line with the names of other stations). While other stations were merely renamed, this one was fully relaunched, which positively impacted its subsequent development and audience growth.
