Heart Scotland West live

Heart Scotland radio station began broadcasting in 1994. Initially, it aired music, news, and informative programmes in Central and Southern Scotland. The studio is located in a city called Glasgow. This project, like many others in the region, is managed by a larger company – Global Radio. Its first name was Scot FM. From 2001, it operated under a different name – Guardian Media Group. This was not the last name change. The current owner of the station, Global Radio, acquired it only in 2012. Just two years later, all stations were rebranded as Heart to avoid confusion with other projects. The channels of this project regularly play Adult Contemporary music. The musical projects are presented by Global Radio's headquarters and the studio in Glasgow. Rhythmic music is broadcast live not only from local artists but also hits from around the world.
