BBC Radio 2 live – a radio station that ranks among the top three most popular in the United Kingdom. Its main broadcasting occurs on the FM frequency (88.1-90.2). The majority of the airtime consists of musical compositions, but there are also many other varied programmes available to listen to in digital radio formats, such as via "Freeview", "IPTV", etc. The station broadcasts from its own studios, "Wogan House", located in the heart of London near "Broadcasting House".

The history of the station dates back to September 1967. Initially, Radio 1 and Radio 2 shared the same programmes, but in 1975, the second station faced cutbacks. However, just three years later, the situation stabilised, allowing the broadcasting schedule to be extended from 5:00 am to 2:00 am. A year later, BBC Radio 2 became the first radio station in the entire United Kingdom to broadcast around the clock. Since then, it has held national significance.

Currently, the ratings for this station are extremely positive. Each week, over 15 million listeners tune in, predominantly adults aged 35 and over.
